-No parties or events within the apartment.
-Personal services are not permitted.
-Smoking, consumption of cannabis, or other drugs is not permitted.
In the event of a serious violation of any of the above points, the contract may be terminated without notice and the tenant may be evicted from the apartment immediately.
Guests must register using the registration form.
